Refund policy

Our 30-day returns promise

You can cancel your order or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. That's more than double the 14 days required by EU law, because we want you to be completely happy with your pannier.

How to cancel or return

The quickest way is our online cancellation form: Withdraw from contract. It takes under a minute and you'll receive instant confirmation by email. You can also email us at contact@bikybag.com — both routes work equally.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet

We'll simply cancel it and refund you in full. Cancellations requested outside our dispatch hours (Mon–Fri, 12:00–17:00 UK time) are processed automatically by the next working day.

If your order is on its way

You can refuse the parcel when the courier attempts delivery — it comes back to us automatically and costs you nothing. We refund you as soon as it arrives back.

If you've already received it

Send it back to us within 30 days. After you submit the cancellation form, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Please include your order number with the parcel and keep your proof of postage — we refund you when we receive the goods or when you show us they're on the way. Return postage is paid by you.

What condition should the return be in?

Don't worry about opened packaging — open the box, take the pannier out, check the fabric and the fittings, try it on your rack. That's exactly what you'd do in a shop, and it never affects your refund. We only ask that the pannier is unused beyond that: if an item shows real use (riding, weather, wear), we may deduct an amount matching the loss in value, as EU consumer law allows.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method. Once issued, they typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal and your rights regarding faulty goods.
