Shipping policy
UNITED KINGDOM
Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery on all United Kingdom orders.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” card indicating whether another delivery attempt will be made and the time and address of the closest Royal Mail location where you may pick up your parcel.
We also offer a next-business-day service via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Parcels. You can estimate the cost of this service in the shopping cart.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked Parcels and are delivered by the destination country's postal service.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear in the shopping cart and on the checkout page. Suppose you are not home when the delivery arrives. In that case, you should receive a card indicating whether another delivery attempt will be made or providing the time and address of the closest location where you may pick up your parcel.
Delivery to the USA
The current 17.6% US import duty is already included in your total price—there are no additional import fees upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note: We do not offer free shipping to the USA. Shipping costs are calculated separately, and import duty is applied only to the product price.
Delivery to Canada
Orders shipped to Canada via international mail are delivered by Canada Post and may be subject to import fees upon arrival:
- Local Sales Tax: Applicable GST/HST/PST (5%–15%, depending on your province) will be assessed on your order value.
- Import Duties: Because our panniers are made in Poland (EU) and are covered under CETA, your order enters duty-free.
- Canada Post Handling Fee: Canada Post charges a flat $9.95 CAD fee to process border clearances.
How to pay:
Canada Post will notify you when your package arrives. You can pay online using your tracking number or directly to the delivery agent or post office upon pickup. Please note that Canadian customs determines these charges, and they are not included in our checkout total.
Delivery to the EU
We temporarily disabled shipping to the EU.
Please order on Amazon for European Union orders.
Australia
Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to GST and import processing fees upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout.
New Zealand
Orders shipped to New Zealand may incur GST and import processing fees upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout.
Orders Processing and Dispatching
We process and ship orders received before 2:00 pm (GMT) on the day they are received (Monday through Friday). If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email. If you have special needs, just send us an email at contact@bikybag.com
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so before we dispatch it. Just message or email us with your name and order number.
If you would like to cancel the order after dispatch, you need to wait for the order to arrive, then request a return. You can find out more on our Refund and Returns page.
