UNITED KINGDOM
Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery an all United Kingdom orders.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” card indicating whether another delivery attempt will be made and the time and address of the closest Royal Mail location where you may pick up your parcel.
We also offer a next-business-day service via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Parcels. The cost of this service can be estimated in the shopping cart.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery to the USA
The delivery cost covers all tariff charges, so you won’t have any additional fees upon arrival.
Delivery to the EU
We temporarily disabled shipping to the EU.
Please order on Amazon for European Union orders.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Parcels, and delivered by destination country postal service.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear on the shopping cart and checkout page. Suppose you are not home when the delivery arrives. In that case, you should receive a card with indications if another delivery attempt will be made or information on the time and address of the closest location where you may pick up your parcel.
Orders Processing and Dispatching
Orders received before 2:00 pm (GMT) are processed and shipped on the day the order is received (Monday through Friday). If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email. If you have special needs, just send us an email at contact@bikybag.com
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so before the order is dispatched. Just drop us a message or email with your name and order number.
If you would like to cancel the order after dispatch, you need to wait for the order to arrive, then request a return. You can find out more on our Refund and Returns page.
