I had got sent the wrong order but it was quickly rectified by showing I had the wrong item compared to the receipt. They were quick to send me the correct item and it came to Canada FAST! Although the tag says 100% polyester the look of it seems to be a heavy canvas with the insides of the bags wipeable for any mishaps. The flaps are made of a thinner material but the vibrant color of the design I chose more than makes up for it. There are reflectors on both ends of the bags that makes it helpful to be seen. (being in So. California you need all the help you can get). This purchase is great from the look of the bag but since there is Covid I've not yet hade the opportunity to be out and about. If it is as practical as the look of it then its a triple win.
