We offer free 2-3 business days shipping on all orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcels. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear on the shopping cart and checkout page. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” card indicating whether another delivery attempt will be made and the time and address of the closest Royal Mail location where you may pick up your parcel.

Orders received before 2:00 pm (GMT) are processed and shipped on the day the order is received (Monday through Friday). If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via e-mail. If you have special needs, just send us an email at contact@bikybag.com

We also offer a next-business-day service via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Parcels. The cost of this service can be estimated in the shopping cart.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery to the USA: The delivery cost covers all tariff charges, so you won’t have any additional fees upon arrival.
Delivery to the EU: The delivery cost includes all destination-country VAT; no extra payments are required upon arrival.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so before the order is dispatched. Just drop us a message or email with your name and order number.
