Will it fit my bike?
Rack width: Measure between the two side rails — it needs to be between 12 cm and 16 cm (4.7″–6.3″).
Rack legs: Three side legs recommended (one top, two bottom). This keeps the bag clear of your spokes.
Fitting: Top secures with a buckle strap, bottom with a hook-and-loop strap. No tools needed.

So happy with my panniers! Kind of a nice surprise that when they arrived today I noticed there was an option to put down a flap to make the bottom rigid! As well as a zip pocket on one side. I got the yellow ones, and the colour is super nice, really vivid and pretty!

Love my bag!!!!!! It's PERFECT for my new e-bike
These bags are everything I ever wanted! And such a cool color too. I love how open they are so I can just drop in my bags for the day. They are spacious enough to hold all the extra layers I was wearing earlier in the day. And the zipper pocket can hold my keys so I'm not fishing for them every time I get where I'm going. Just an excellent purchase all around!
I'd say overall the build quality is nice. The reason I am giving 3 stars is that the bag is too big and not stiff enough for my bike and rack. Beware of the clearance between your feet on the pedals and how the bag sits on your rack. I couldn't fit the bag on my setup without it hitting my feet when pedaling. Got caught in a rainstorm and the waterproof material worked wonderfully. My main issue is that with my bike (specialized hardrock) and rack, the bags would hit my feet while pedaling. I tried to fix it by moving the bags back a bit. Unfortunately on my second ride, I hit a bump and the bag rotated and got caught in my spokes and tore at a seam. I really want to like the bags, they look good and the waterproofing worked great.
I absolutely love my new bag. It made with great quality. There is plenty of room inside, and it doesn't get in the way of the pedals.

The bags were easy to install on my bike. I was surprised at how much the bags fit in. When I had one side empty I didn't notice a weight imbalance on the bike. I would have preferred the attachments were via belt buckles as it would be easier to remove. I don't think I'll be regularly taking the bags on and off my bike.

Very happy with the panniers, lovely bright yellow colour. They have made my commute to work so much easier and I don't arrive dripping with sweat like I do when cycling with my backpack. My only complaint is that they are not the easiest to remove if they have things in them. I've now found secure bike parking at work so I have been leaving the panniers on.

Are they waterproof?
The fabric is water-resistant, but the seams are not fully sealed. We recommend using a rain cover during heavy or persistent rain.
How much can they hold?
Each pannier holds 13 litres (3.4 US gallons), giving you 26 litres (6.9 US gallons) in total — plenty of room for a day's shopping, your work essentials, or whatever the day calls for.
What's the maximum load?
Each pannier can carry up to 5 kg (11 lb), giving you a combined maximum of 10 kg (22 lb).
How heavy are they?
The pair weighs approximately 0.9 kg (2 lb) — light enough that you'll barely notice them on the bike.
How do I attach them?
Two buckle straps on top and two hook & loop straps on the bottom. Simple, secure, and quick to put on or take off.
Can I carry them off the bike?
These panniers are designed to live on your bike — they don't have a carry handle or strap, so they're not intended to be carried off the bike.
How do I clean them?
A damp cloth is all you need. The PVC-coated polyester wipes clean easily.
