Shipping & Returns

How long does UK delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcels. If you need it sooner, we also offer a next-business-day service via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Parcels — the cost is shown at checkout.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes — standard 2–3 business day delivery is free on all UK orders, no minimum spend required.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. If there's any issue with your order we'll contact you by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — all international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Parcels. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees on international orders?

No extra charges on arrival for US or EU orders — delivery to the USA covers all tariff charges, and delivery to the EU includes destination-country VAT. Everything is included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes — all UK and international orders are sent via tracked services. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

For UK orders, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card letting you know whether another delivery attempt will be made, or where your nearest Royal Mail collection point is. For international orders, your local delivery company will leave equivalent instructions.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back and we'll arrange everything for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible but you can return the item once it arrives.

I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, get in touch via our contact page with your name and the email address you used at checkout and we'll look into it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our bags are packaged neatly and make a lovely gift as they are, but if you'd like to include a gift message, add a note in the order special instructions field.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or business orders?

Yes — if you're interested in ordering multiple bags for a business, cycling club, or corporate gifting, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll be happy to discuss options.

Where else can I buy BikyBag panniers?

You can also find us on Etsy, Amazon and eBay. We are the only seller of BikyBag products across all platforms — so wherever you buy from, you're always buying directly from us. Below are some common questions about our products

Are the bags fully waterproof?

It depends on the model. The Classic CW uses tarpaulin fabric throughout and is our most waterproof bag. The Classic, Classic CS, Classic CL, Classic CE, and Model M and T use waterproof PVC-coated polyester — the fabric handles rain and road spray well, but seams may allow small amounts of moisture in during prolonged heavy downpours. We recommend adding one of our rain covers for complete protection in heavy rain.

What is the difference between the Classic, Classic CS, Classic CL and Classic CE?

All four share the same construction, dimensions, and attachment system. The difference is the lid shape and fabric: Classic has a straight flap in solid colours, Classic CS has a distinctive diagonal slant flap, Classic CL has a long top flap, and Classic CE features fully printed colourful patterned fabric across the entire exterior.

What is the difference between the Classic range and the Model M and T?

The Model M and T are larger (28 l vs 26 l), have a heel clearance corner shape to prevent the bag catching your heel while pedalling, lid side flaps for extra weather protection, and a full internal lining for structure. They're the more feature-rich option for heavier daily use or touring.

Will the bags fit my bike?

Most BikyBag panniers fit rear racks between 12–16 cm wide. The Classic One uses a KlickFix system and fits racks with tube diameters of 8–16 mm. We recommend a rack with three side legs for best results. If you're unsure, drop us a message with your bike make and rack model and we'll confirm compatibility.

Will they fit my e-bike?

Yes in most cases — as long as your rear rack is standard pannier-compatible. The Classic One's KlickFix system is specifically designed to work with e-bike racks that have integrated batteries or spring clamps.

How do I attach the bags to my bike?

Most models use two buckle straps at the top and two hook-and-loop fastener straps at the bottom — no tools needed. The Classic One uses a KlickFix quick-release system that clips on and locks in one motion. Full fitting instructions are on each product page.

How much can the bags hold?

Capacity varies by model: Classic, Classic CS, Classic CL, Classic CE and Classic CW hold 26 litres as a pair (13 l per side). Model M and T hold 28 litres as a pair (14 l per side). The Classic One holds 13 litres as a single bag. The Shopper holds 16 litres.

Are the bags sold as a pair or individually?

Most BikyBag panniers are sold as a pair — one bag for each side of your rear rack. The Classic One and Shopper are sold as single bags.

How do I clean the bags?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash. Allow to air dry fully before storing. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use.

How long will the bags last?

With normal use and basic care, BikyBag panniers typically last several years. The materials — PVC-coated polyester and tarpaulin — are the same used in marine and expedition equipment, chosen specifically for their durability.
